Around
25 people enjoyed the warm atmosphere of Sydney Amateur Sailing Club on
Wednesday 21st June.
After a
cook your own BBQ, Graham Murray from M.O.S.S. Australia, gave an
interesting speech outlining the history of life saving devices,
and showed all the features of the SECUMAR range of life jackets,
including inflating one to show how they really work!
After
the speech, Graham presented the prizes of two SECUMAR Survival
150N life jackets with harnesses to the winners of the inaugral SECUMAR
Sydney to Botany Bay race and return - Peter McCorquodale and Rob
Evans, who sailed Peter's Torquil to a three second win from Bruce
Watson in Likalizard.
